Booking Fees

A booking fee of £2.23 per ticket will be triggered in your shopping basket.

Why do booking fees apply?

Booking fees (per ticket) covers our booking service costs.


All our dinner events ensure social distancing.  You will be seated in a group with your party (maximum of six).


Currently tickets for our dinner events are only available as e-tickets.  You will receive your tickets by email and can present your e-ticket in paper format or on your phone when you arrive to The Gastronomist Club.


Refund and Exchange Policy


What will happen if I am no longer able to attend an event at The Gastronomist Club?

If you are unable to attend an event you have previously booked for, we will happily offer you a credit voucher for the value of your tickets. The deadline for your cancellation is 5pm on the Tuesday prior to the date of your event.


You will have up to six months to use your deposit against any event held at The Gastronomist Club.


What will happen if events are cancelled?

If, for whatever reason, an event at The Gastronomist Club is cancelled then all guests will be contacted immediately. You will be entitled to a full refund or a ticket exchange for the new date.


What will happen if events are postponed?

If an event is postponed, we will offer all our guests the choice of a ticket for the new date.
